Microsoft Dynamics 365 online with Unified Interface
As the Channel Integration Framework is only available in Dynamics 365 online, on-premises Dynamics CRMs are not supported
Wave Releases
b+s Connects for Microsoft Dynamics always supports the latest Microsoft Dynamics Wave releases.
Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
The Channel Integration Framework versions 1.0 and 2.0 are supported.
Unified Service Desk
b+s Connects for Microsoft Dynamics only supports the latest USD client release.
Cisco Webex Contact Center
b+s Connects for Microsoft Dynamics supports the latest Cisco Webex Contact Center release.
Cisco Contact Center
As of April 30th, 2024, Cisco no longer supports versions 11.6 and 12.0 for Contact Center Enterprise and Contact Center Express.
